I’ve reinvented myself many times over twenty years. To adapt and grow!

I learned to thrive later than I would have liked. Now I help others get there sooner.

For years, I built the life I thought success was supposed to look like: an international career, my own communications agency, leadership roles and the opportunity to live and work across four continents.

I loved the challenge of building something from nothing, leading teams and helping global brands tell their stories. Eventually, I sold the business I had spent years creating. From the outside and amongst my peers, it looked like I’d achieved everything I had set out to do.

But like many high performers, I began to realise that relentless ambition can come at a price. It’s easy to focus so intensely on achievement that relationships, wellbeing and the parts of us that matter most, are dismissed.

Success has a way of making bigger demands.

What happens when you’ve reached goals that once seemed so important, yet something still feels incomplete? How do you build a successful career without sacrificing the relationships and experiences that give life meaning?

Those questions led me to coaching.

Today, I work with ambitious people at different stages of their journey – from millennials navigating the pressures of modern leadership to experienced professionals wondering, “What’s next?” Together, we explore what success really means: not just achievement, but purpose, balance and a life that feels meaningful on your own terms.

After more than twenty-five years of living, leading and reinventing myself, I’ve learned that success isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about having the courage to ask better questions. Importantly, it’s about discovering the answers earlier.

The goal isn’t simply to climb the mountain. It’s to make sure you’re climbing the right one.
